Born and raised in Wilmette, Illinois, Sarah McIntyre brings a touch of Midwest-coast (best coast) charm and prairie whimsy to every floral design she creates. With nearly six years of focused training under a talented and inspiring flower shop, she’s honed her craft—mastering the art of pairing whimsical wildflowers, lush textures, and boutique florals into arrangements that feel effortlessly light, elegant, and naturally sophisticated.

When dreaming up Beyond the Clovers, Sarah drew inspiration from her lifelong love of plants and the great outdoors, designing pieces that celebrate the beauty of imperfection: airy stems, soft petals framed with wild foliage, all tied together with an artistic sense of color and form.

We celebrated our opening day mid-July 2025, and Beyond the Clovers has quickly become the talk of the town! We are Sarah and Tucker—husband and wife, St. Francis/Loyola and McKenzie/New Trier grads, and Wilmette Sailing Beach obsessed! We’re a duo deeply rooted in the Wilmette community and we’re excited to share our love of nature with you, one arrangement at a time.

Sarah leads with her six years of floral experience, while Tucker supports her, and keeps everything running seamlessly. Together, we’ve created an online space to bring fresh, thoughtfully designed florals straight to your door.
